2 months ago I seeded a freshly graded 1000 sq ft area of soil in southwestern PA with creeping bentgrass in the hope of creating a backyard putting green. I’ve gotten good growth of the grass for the most part. I have fertilized once, a month ago with Millorganite. I am now beginning to see 4 or 5 areas that look very similar to your images of Fusarium, with a depressed center area and a white collar around the perimeter of the patch. Each patch is about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. Is this Fusarium? and how should i go about treating and controlling it? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would recommend calling in a local lawn care service as they would be able to advise on what it is and how to remedy it where you are.
I am based in the UK by the way and can’t advise on lawn care issues in the US as they are often very different!
